Who am I ? |
|
I am a person that had looked very young the human being, the functioning of the human body and maintaining of a good health.
While looking for a good physical and mental condition, I headed to get training in judo. This complete martial art brought me a lot on the physical and mental balance.
After several years of judo, I turned to the practice of karate, an other martial art that fascinated me. I practiced Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Shaolin, Boxing and Chinese Boxing. On a daily base, I trained hard for several years. I get the benefits of my training and I want to train as far as my health allow me too. After 35 years of practice and 25 years of teaching, this is not the time to stop.
The practice of Hatha Yoga also brought me a lot, especially at the level of breathing and body control (which is also found in karate).
As the food is an important part of good health, I also studied nutrition. Good food is very important for maintaining good health.
My training and my teaching allowed me to meet a lot of great people and who have also taught me a lot in human relationships.
I started to help people to their joint problems at the age of 18. Now I have 51 years solid experience acquired over the years and the number of people and problems.
Health is, in my opinion, what is most precious to live a good life. Efforts are therefore required to maintain, or, if required to improve it through constructive habits, such as, exercises and good nutrition. Do not forget the rest, who also have an important role in maintaining good health.
Personally, as long as my health permits me, I want to help people for several years. For me that’s the most gratifying part of my work. .
